Where do we ship?
VitalGlowUK ships exclusively to the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over £40: FREE Tracked Delivery.
  • Orders under £40: Standard Shipping flat rate of £2.99.

Direct-to-Consumer Model (Why we are different)
To ensure you receive the highest quality beauty tools at the fairest prices, we have cut out the middleman. Instead of storing products in expensive local warehouses that drive up costs, we ship your items directly from our specialized manufacturing hubs.

This approach allows us to save on storage and transport costs, passing those savings directly to you. It also reduces unnecessary carbon emissions from double-shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time
Because we ship directly from our global hubs, our delivery times are slightly longer than a local supermarket, but worth the wait.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (for quality check and packing).
  • Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Most orders arrive within 8 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Peace of mind is priority. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey via the link provided.

No hidden fees. We take care of the logistics so you don't have to worry. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your VitalGlow routine. We strive to make returns as simple as possible.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied.

⚠️ Hygiene & Safety Exception
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare products, cosmetics, or intimate beauty tools that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@vitalglowuk.com.
Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label, as our returns center is located separately in the UK.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate it and send a free replacement immediately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
